A mind-body practice for the woman who gives everything

You spend your days caring for everyone else — but somewhere along the way, you stopped making time for yourself.

Maybe you feel stiff, tired, or simply too busy to exercise.

Root to Bloom Yoga offers gentle, accessible online yoga designed to fit into real life — helping busy women reconnect with their bodies and feel more like themselves again.

No flexibility or experience needed.
Just a little space to breathe.

It's time to come back to yourself

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place:

  • Your body feels stiff and tired
  • You know you should move more, but can't find the time
  • You've started exercise plans before but couldn't keep going
  • You worry you're "not flexible enough" for yoga
  • You spend so much time caring for others that your own health always comes last

Imagine if...

  • You could move your body without being compared
  • You felt calmer on the inside
  • You had a practice that belonged only to you
  • Self-care became something real, not just a slogan

Meet your teacher

Hi, I’m Yvonne — a yoga teacher and former nurse.

For years, I was used to caring for others and pushing through busy, stressful days. I struggled with anxiety and insomnia, often feeling physically exhausted while my mind just wouldn’t switch off.

Yoga and breathwork taught me how to slow down, reconnect with my body, and gradually find more restful sleep and a greater sense of calm within myself.

Through my own journey, I’ve come to believe that true health is more than the absence of illness — it’s having a body and mind that support you in living your life well.

That’s what inspired Root to Bloom Yoga.

I want to share the practices that have supported me with women who, like I once did, spend so much of their time working, caring for family, and showing up for everyone else — while often forgetting to care for themselves.

Here, you don’t need to be flexible, get every pose “right,” or compare yourself to anyone else.

Through yoga and breathwork, I hope to help you release tension, feel more grounded, and create a little space in your busy life to come back to yourself.

Because yoga isn’t another thing you need to be good at. It’s a way to come home to yourself.

Frequently asked questions

I'm not flexible. Can I still practice?

Absolutely. Flexibility is something you build through practice — not something you need before you start.

What if I have no experience?

Many of my students started with no experience at all. I offer different variations of each pose for different levels, so you can choose the version that suits you.

What do I need to prepare?

A yoga mat, a towel you can use as a cushion, and a small space where you can move comfortably.

What if I have an old injury or health concern?

Please book a free discovery call first, so we can talk about your needs and find the safest way for you to practice.
